How to Book

ZOOM ON-LINE WORKSHOPS
In response to the current Covid-19 crisis I have been busy prepping some on-line workshops.
All of these sessions are drawing based, using simple materials: pens, pencils etc
Further dates will be added soon.

Age: Aimed at Primary aged, but children (and their grown-ups) of any age can join in – as long as they can hold a pen/pencil!

Dates: Monday 1 + 8 June
Time: 3.00pm 3.40pm

Dates: Friday 5 + 12 June
Start:
11.00am – 11.40am

Price: Each day/session is £3 per child plus £1 for any additional children in the house who wish to take part.

This is a VOLUNTARY payment. I am very aware that like myself, a lot of you will have had your income effected by the current crisis. So, that is why I would ask that IF you are able to pay this modest fee, then please do. If you cannot – but would still like to take part, that is fine. If you can pay, but would prefer to make a lower payment that is fine too. I will be operating payment as a kind of ‘honesty box’ approach.

Further details, including how to pay, will be sent to you via email once you have registered for the workshop.

Please get in touch to find out more, or visit my blog to see what we’ve made so far!

I am a PVG scheme member with Disclosure Scotland in respect of regulated work with children.

General workshop information

  • Most workshops are suitable for children aged approx 5–12 years.
  • During term-time, workshops run for either 3 or 6-week blocks and last for 1.5hrs per session.
    • Workshops are currently held on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings.
  • The workshops are held in my studio in Forfar, Angus, Scotland. But I also deliver workshops out-and-about in the community – to groups and schools, and even for events such as birthday parties. I am happy to design sessions for specific needs.
  • Art Camps run during school holidays and last for approx 6hrs.
  • Art Camps often take place at Murton Trust – either at the Tipi area or in their Rural Skills Centre. Here we can take advantage of the wonderful nature reserve, and usually make creations in response to this beautiful place.
  • Each session will include a small homemade snack, apparently my banana cake is the best thing ever!!!

Please note: Booking is essential – If you would like to find out more or book a place on the workshops, just drop me an email or message me on Facebook

Payment for workshops must be made in advance to secure the booking.
